I was sitting around tonight feeling sorry for myself about the long week, and feeling tired, and I thought – “Who could I use for tonight’s Friday Flow post that would cheer up me and others feeling like me?”

And then I remembered that the women’s hockey games start tomorrow (technically in about 6 hours). And my choice was clear:
